Be My Baby

 I already know this song, but I love it. It's very cute. It reminds me of many movies I watched as a kid. This song is a classic. It's catchy and repetitive, so it is easy to get stuck in your head.  I love the first beginning notes. I think those first couple claps and drum beats grab your attention. I think that's an important part of a song. I still have the chorus "be my, be my baby," stuck in my head. This song was probably so popular because the only way to get it out of your head is to listen again. It is like an itch you can not scratch, well at least until you actually listen to the song. I love how there is one girl singing for parts and then a whole chorus singing together and harmonizing. I think this adds variety to the song. I like the variety of volumes in the singers as well. They will sing loud with great power of soft and quiet. I am actually listening to this song in my living room and my roommates are singing along. I guess They like it too, which also proves my point that this song really is catchy.
